Q. What type of vehicles do you offer?

A. Mike Albert features a diverse fleet of fine cars and specialty vehicles. All locations do not feature every vehicle.

Each location decides which vehicles best fit its needs. We cannot guarantee you will receive a certain make, model or color. This is based on availability. Upon arrival you may advise the counter representative of your preference. If it is available, we will be happy to accomodate your preference.

Q. What types of discounts and upgrades are available?

A. Mike Albert offers several layers of discounts on this site. We also offer special savings to associations, corporations and affinity groups. Check with your organization to see what specials are offered to members through Mike Albert Rent a Car.

Car rental pricing is like airline pricing - if you travel at off-peak times or make a reservation seven or more days in advance, you often get a better deal.

If you have an upgrade certificate, note that all upgrades are subject to availability at the time of rental. You should reserve the smaller vehicle and upgrade at the counter if available.

Q. What is your fuel policy?

A. You have the following three options:

Option One: Pay in advance for the fuel and bring the car back empty. Mike Albert will fill the car at or sometimes below the current retail pump price. Regardless of how much fuel is left in the tank, credits will not be given for unused gas.

Option Two: If you aren't sure how far you'll be driving but plan to stop for gas, don't pay Mike Albert in advance for gas and bring the car back full to avoid any refueling service charge.

Option Three: If you won't be using a full tank and don't have time to stop for gas, pay us only for the gas you use, based on the renting location's per-gallon refueling service charge. Mike Albert customer service representatives can tell you what the renting location's refueling service charge is when you pick up the car.
